2 cups apples — peeled and chopped
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup cranberries — fresh or frozen
1/2 cup walnuts — optional
Mix together applies, sugar oil and egg. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda , cinnamon. Add to apple mixture. Then add cranberries and walnuts. Spread in a greased loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cut with knife to check bread, if dry, it’s done.
